  • Profile
It has been a great time to work with all of you in IBS. I believe our center has world best members, excellent director, group leaders , fellows,  students, and staffs. All researchers are open to collaborating and all staffs are always prepared to help others. I have learned passion, kindness, consideration, many things from them during last 16 months. I will miss here wherever I am.
I will move to the University of Toronto and continue the research to extend my experience. I wish all of you all the best and good luck in the future. Thank you!

My major for B.S and M.S degree at Kyungpook National University (~2009. 8) was chemical engineering and for the Ph.D degree (~2014. 8), I majored biomedical engineering in UNIST and mainly focused on the development of diagnostic device using centrifugal microfluidics. Currently, I have been working as postdoc fellow at same university involving the project for rare cell isolation and analysis.

    Research Interests

    - Investigation of fundamentals on centrifugal microfluidics
    - Development of point-of-care type diagnostic device
    - Unit operations on microfluidics and biomedical applications
    - Fabrication of the porous nano template and synthesis of nanomaterial.
    - Fabrication of cell phone based diagnostic device and its applications
