(1) The thing I liked in this center:
- Frequent encounter and communications with great researchers from various backgrounds
(2) What did I learn here:
- Experienced the cutting edge of soft matter science and optical imaging
(3) My plan after IBS CSLM:
- Keep looking for fun problems in science at UNIST (in a building just across the street from IBS :) )
My current research interests include in-depth study of two-phase flows and interfaces with microfluidics, and fabrication of novel micro/nano structures based on these studies. I am also interested in the development of a microfluidic platform for shedding new light on the study of cell-to-cell behaviors and communications of bacterial/mammalian cells, which were not possible with conventional methods.
