Dr. Dong Yun Lee was selected as the recipient of “2016 Young Statistical Physics Researcher Award.” This award is for the best Korean young researcher in statistical physics each year. The award was conferred by the KPS(Korea Physical Society) president Swan Kim during the 2016 General Meeting of the KPS on April 20. The award came with a beautiful glass plaque and a cash of 1M won. Dongyun is the first Ph.D recipient in our Center and has a plan to leave for Spain on May 15 to start new research career.
